East London Care and Support Limited offers a fully managed nurse-led clinical care service, enabling individuals with more complex healthcare conditions to live independently at home. We offer responsive, flexible solutions that deliver maximum choice and independence.

Our  Nursing Operations Manager with extensive experience of working within the NHS  manages care packages supporting a wide range of clinical conditions. This enables the provision of bespoke assessments, and the selection of the relevant trained carers and healthcare support workers,  ensuring continuity and co-ordination of care through effective carer and customer partnership and also working closely with NHS and Social Care colleagues to ensure a holistic approach is provided to our customers.

From supporting adults and children with congenital health conditions or conditions acquired later on in life, a special focus is placed on the individual, developing safe and tailored care packages that enable independent living, whether that be at work, university or fulfilling goals, hobbies and interests.

We offer a continuous service with ongoing support and extra clinical training as required. Fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission, we deliver person centred outcomes to individuals with complex health and social care needs.
