​We are a private care provider organisation, based in London Borough of Newham.

Since our establishment in 2009, East London Care and Support (ELCAS) has been successfully delivering highest quality of care and support to adults and children of all ages and needs.

OUR COMMUNITY

We provide services to a diverse range of Newham residents.

This includes children and adults with a variety of needs including old age, dementia, learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, mental health difficulties and complex needs.  

CARE FROM THE HEART

We support our clients by meeting their needs in a range areas such as personal care, accessing the community, extra care, and one-to-one learning for young people with learning disabilities and autism.

Our Team

Our team are committed to providing the highest standards of care to residents in Newham.

We have met all CQC Fundamental Standards and regulations.

We are one of the approved social care providers in London Borough of Newham.

Referrals to our service are made by Local Authorities, the NHS and by individuals with direct payment or self-funding.
