We enable independence

We plan our work around you and support you to live independently in the comfort of your home. We work closely with you to understand your needs and requirements and each individual care plan is drawn around these needs and personal goals or wishes.

Visits are planned with you

Visits are planned based on your needs, they can range from 30 minutes to several visits a day, overnight or round the clock care. We ensure visiting times are made in agreement with you. Our out of office service is available for you to contact us in case of any emergencies.

Dignity is a priority

In supporting you with your personal care needs, like in supporting you with any other areas of your needs, we ensure you are supported by the carer(s) of your choice and that your privacy and dignity is upheld and respected at all times.

We work with adults and children of all ages. Our customers have a variety of needs and health conditions ranging from dementia, learning disabilities, mental health difficulties, physical disabilities, autism, short and long term illness, End of Life Care and sensory impairments.

What does Domiciliary Care include?

We adapt our care provision to your needs and personal preferences.

for groceries and essentials.

Household Tasks

Medication Management

Organisation of medicines and assistance with administering.

Clinical Care

Support with stoma care, PEG feeding, catheter management etc.

Personal Care

As part of our domiciliary care provision, we also offer personal care services.

These may include:

Bathing, washing, showering and bed-baths
Dressing and undressing
Applying lotions and creams
Oral hygiene
Hair care
Shaving
Toileting, including assisting to the toilet, use of commode
or bed pan, changing incontinence pads and cleaning intimate areas
Moving position in bed to prevent bed sores

Additionally, ELCAS offer a professional nail cutting service. This is done in the privacy of your home by trained staff. Please ask your carer or call us for details on cost and how to book.
