Environmental and Social Value

We are committed to making a positive impact on both people and the planet. As a social care provider, we believe in delivering compassionate support while also promoting sustainability and community wellbeing.
From reducing our environmental footprint to creating inclusive opportunities, we strive to embed ethical and responsible practices into everything we do.

Recycling
We recycle all of our waste including cans, cardboard, paper, printer toner, and ink cartridges.
We have reduced our plastic waste with reusable water bottles.
We have reduced our paper waste with a reduction in printing in favour of digital communications.
We encourage our carers to guide clients to recycle waste in their homes.

Carbon Footprint
We are doing our bit to reduce our carbon footprint by encouraging our carers to use public transport or walk to work.
We have our own adapted accessible bus (with wheelchair ramp) to transport our clients around the community.

Community
Most of our employees are from the diverse community of Newham as we believe it is important to build strong relationships with local residents.
We have an Amazon Business account, from which we order products from the local area before we will source them elsewhere in the country. This reduces the carbon impact of transporting goods, as well as supporting the economy of our local area.

Modern Slavery Act
We comply with the Modern Slavery Act. Modern slavery includes criminal exploitation, domestic servitude, forced labour, sexual exploitation and trafficking, and more.
